THE FINE PRINT.

All reservations require a major credit card.  A hold will be placed on the credit card at the time of reservation and to confirm a reservation, a 35% deposit will be placed on the credit card.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Illegal stuff.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times.  Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.  An additional $200 will be charged for oxygen odor cleaning.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted in any vehicle.  Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

Our drivers will drive according to the laws set forth in the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.  Under no circumstances will our driver break any of those laws to accommodate a request by the client (ex: getting to a destination faster, parking illegally, ect...).   

Client responsibility.

Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior, exterior and equipments of the vehicle.  This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of lights, television screens and media players.

Due to the replacement value of the vehicle, any repair and/or replacement of items shall have a minimum hold of $500.00 on the booking credit card (for Rolls-Royce and Bentley automobiles only).  If there is a repair and/or replacement greater than $500.00, the additional charges will be placed on the credit card.  There will be a $50.00 administration fee added to all repair/replacement charges.  

All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner.  Sexual activity of any kind is prohibited.  LUXEDRIVE reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate a contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger.  In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

This is the last of it.

We are happy to let you bring personal devices, media and players, and other various personal items, however, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

LUXEDRIVE shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of God, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information and any situation beyond our control.

In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  If the limousine rental is for use by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen, this agreement must be authorized by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18) eighteen years of age and must match the name of the credit card provided on the reservation form.

For wedding service, the balance is due the week of or before time of the service.  If the balance is going to be paid on the day of service, the driver must be paid in full before departing from the pick-up location.  There is no exceptions.  Failure to provide the remainder of the balance before time of service will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
